Full Flush Cutting Micro-Shear Flush Cutter 170-II Series shears offer numerous ergonomic enhancements in a popularly priced tool. Their shearing cut requires only about half the effort to cut a wire as that required by a conventional compression type cutter. Xuron 170-IIA Full Flush Shear
I have used these shears for years and find them to be indispensable for circuit board work and wiring of small electronics. Having a second pair was a logical choice for me. You cannot do better than Xuron.
