<description>I use these for cutting silk flowers. The handle is comfortable, does not slip and cause burns as I have found to be a problem with many of the brands I&#039;ve tried under $25 a pair. I can cut from the thinnest to the thickest of wired flowers with reasonable effort. I have purchased and gone through many different brands of these cutter/pliers and have found this to be the best value for what I use them for. I purchased two pair of these last year and used them to cut approximately 7000 wired flowers. The cutting surface is showing some wear but still cuts through the wires. I am purchasing another pair to use on the thickest stems (1/2 inch+) to ease the strain on my hands. I can continue to use the other pairs to start the next few thousand. I expect them to last for a long time to come.
