I use this plier to pull bones from salmon fillets and it works perfectly. It was a great purchase!
I bought this tool to leave outside by our garden hose manifold so that my wife could, with her arthritic hands, turn the small levers to start and stop the sprinklers. The morning after the first rain, the tool was showing rust at the “hinge” between the two halves. What ever happened to “truth in advertising”? One would assume that if he purchased stainless steel pliers, that they would be 100% stainless steel. It is not worth the hassle to return this item and pay shipping as the tool was not very expensive.
7/14/09 – I contacted b2bprofessionaltools customer service department and had an email conversation with Thomas Saccuci, the CEO. He was very nice and to make a long story short, he credited my account for the price of this tool. I did have to “make my case”, as would be expected and that is fair, but I am obviously very pleased with the outcome.
