  1. Right after I got my purchase, I did try but it won’t work per expectation.

    I wish to return it but I don’t know where to return. Just threw my money for some useless tool.

  2. A simple design that works well on larger fasteners. Not effective on small hood clips or trunk/fender fasteners.
