You certainly get what you pay for. The snapring heads do not attach to the handle base in the most secure way, but well enough do get the job done. I’ve used them quite frequently in the last month and am thoroughly satisfied. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
For the non-professional mechanic, snap ring pliers are a tool that you need every so often, but would be really nice to have when you need them. These fit that need. The construction is average, but the price is low enough to allow you to purchase it to have it when you need it. If you are a pro using them every day, these wouldn’t last long due to the lower quality. For the weekend mechanic – a fine addition to your toolbox.
